Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, contact us at [blaqpen98@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour where stock is available. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a free shipping offer, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
